JOB ALLOCATION

Once the job is allocated the system automatically sends a text message with details of the customer and complaint to the technician.
SUPPLIER INVOICE
When parts are received from supplier their invoice is registered using this module
The system automatically calculates cost of the item and also updates the stock level
REPORTS
All necessary reports required to efficiently run the service centre business is provided.
The custom report designer gives you the capability to design your own ad hoc reports as well.
