This Document Management System will enable the customer to manage and control their correspondence with clients, consultants and associates by combining design flexibility, ease of use and speed through a user-friendly menu using multitasking architecture.
CORRESPONDENCE AND LETTER TYPE
Every stakeholder involved in the communication exchange and its complete details are recorded here in the Correspondents Master.
There are multiple document type masters including Letter Type wherein different types of Communication/Correspondence instruments can be registered which can then be used in appropriate data entry forms to identify and classify documents.
CONTRACT AND DISCIPLINE DETAILS
The Contract Details including the Start Date, End Date, respective storage folders as well as the details of all the involved correspondents can be recorded using this Interface.
The important sub classification of Works Discipline can be recorded in the Discipline Master for related Data Categorization in all reports.
The Lease Details can also store multiple vehicles being leased under the same Agreement.
CUSTOM REPORT GENERATOR AND REPORT FUNCTIONALITIES
The User can create highly customized reports with little effort using the Custom Report Generator. The Report Generator allows you to store the created reports as templates that can be used later on.
Every report is embedded with an inbuilt functionality bar which provides various options such as Export to any format, Toggling between groups, conduct search within the group as well as Email the report from the Report Interface itself.
