Camp Maintenance Management System enables the Facility Managers to implement a comprehensive program of Preventive Maintenance, Work Order, Resource Scheduling and System Monitoring to protect equipment and assets from unscheduled breakdowns and sudden loss of productivity.
MAINTENANCE DASHBOARD VIEW
CMMS Dashboard primarily shows you the Pending Notifications to create Work Order. It also shows you a Reminder Process Interface with which you can generate the Work Order from PM Schedule without going deep into the System
The Dashboard also clearly highlights the current list of Job Orders with details of the problem as well as the Location information.
TASK DESCRIPTION DETAILS
CMMS allows recording of detailed Task Description that will essentially guide the System Users with all the necessary steps in the execution of the listed task. It can be classified into multiple areas of importance including Safety Tasks, Preventive Tasks amongst others.
The CMMS System also allows to store detailed information pertaining to the Vehicles, Spare Parts as well as their Suppliers in order to track the Origin, Purchase and Contact details of the same.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND WORK ORDERS
Preventive Maintenance can be registered with details of Frequency and Person Incharge using this interface.
This can be used to generate a listing of PM Schedule by any criteria including Location and Priority.
The interface also allows flexibility and rapid generation of Work Orders from the PM Schedule thereby saving considerable time and effort.
WORKS/JOB ORDERS
CMMS also allows recording and execution of adhoc Works that crop up unexpectedly and can be saved with a Priority Tag to highlight its criticality.
Job Orders can then be raised based on the above with detailed description of Time Required and the concerned officer which can then be sent across to the Department Heads.
JOB SCHEDULING AND CALENDER INTERFACE
If at all some values in the salary of an employee has to be modified after automatic calculation it can be done individually
All the existing values are shown for reference and new values entered will be saved
Further calculations based on the entered values are automatically done
